Creating a Training Center is a modern solution to the outdated practice of generating static Microsoft Word or PDF user manuals, particularly for cloud-based platform like Procore. The challenge of creating a comprehensive, custom Procore user manual from scratch, and the subsequent issues of keeping it updated and ensuring everyone uses the most recent version, can be time-consuming and inefficient. However, documenting and training users on how to conduct tasks as per your company's guidelines and best practices remains essential for successful Procore adoption across your organization.

- Control who has access to your Training Center
All content in your Training Center will be 'private' by default and will only be accessible to users with whom you've specifically granted access. However, you can create content that's 'unlisted' which allows you to grant access to a larger group of users with direct URLs.
- View User Analytics
Unlike a PDF or Microsoft Word user manual where you have no idea if anyone is actually reading your custom SOPs on a regular basis, you have access to site analytics, which can be used to deduce valuable insights and opportunities for improvement. For example, our Training Management team can generate custom reports that give you insight into how often your custom Training Center pages are being viewed as well as how many users are viewing your content. Pageviews, Users, Sessions, Pages/Session, Avg. Time on Page are just some of the captured site analytics. You can also see which keywords and phrases your users are searching for on the site, which might identify a tool or topic that your users need more training or documentation to be successful. (Note: All user analytics are anonymous where no personally identifiable information is shared.)
