It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information.

Please note that these changes do not represent any change to Procore's actual data handling practices; rather, it's an update to more clearly reflect what Procore does with the data on our site. Information You Provide to Us
Updated to reflect the fact that Procore might receive information about individuals from third parties (e.g. a GC may enter information about a subcontractor or vendor), and Procore may combine that information with information we already have.
Who We Share Your Personal Information With
Updated to include co-sponsors of events which subjects attend (e.g. if someone attends an event cosponsored by smartvid.io, Procore might share a person's registration information with smartvid.io. This data is only shared if the data subject (e.g. event attendee) has consented in advance.
Advertising
Added clarification that Procore does not share sensitive personal information with advertisers.
Privacy Shield
Updated the Privacy Shield links to point to our new sources.
Data Retention
Added clarity that data will be deleted or de-identified, and a reference to backup archives has been removed, since archives could be subject to deletion or de-identification.
