The first step is to choose an identify provider (IdP) that meets your company's business requirements. Typically, your company will work with the person or department who is responsible for managing your company's network and IT security infrastructure to make this decision. Often, this is the company's IT department. To learn more about supported identity providers, see Which SSO identity providers are supported by Procore?
After your company purchases its chosen solution, the person or department responsible will implement either IdP-Initiated or SP-Initiated SSO. When implementing SSO, companies often develop an organized rollout plan. They may also choose to develop and enforce specific policies for their end users.
Because the majority of SSO configuration occurs in the IdP software, Procore provides limited support in the setup and configuration of SSO integrations. Detailed instructions are available for configuration of SSO with the identity providers listed below. If you have any questions or concerns about configuration in your identity provider's software, please reach out to their support team for assistance. if you have questions or concerns about SSO configuration settings in Procore, contact Procore support.
Please note that customers who license Procore Pay may require additional support enabling MFA for Payments when SSO is configured for their company. If you license Procore Pay and want to enable SSO, contact Procore support.
