How do I create a PDF of articles on the support site?

You may want to create a PDF of one or more of our support site articles. You can do this by either building a PDF, or building a "book." Building a PDF allows a single page to be generated as a PDF document in one click, which can be saved locally, uploaded to a web server, or printed for instructional use. Creating a "book" allows you to create a more customizable PDF by letting you manually select the pages on Procore's support site that you want included in the PDF in whichever order you wish.

Tip! Procore does not recommend exporting pages of the support site as a static PDF. Just like Procore's application, the support site is improved upon and added to every day. Exported PDFs of the support site may become inconsistent with the application quickly. For this reason, Procore recommends that you and you team always access help articles via in your web browser, since Procore will always update the support site when new changes are made to the application.
