If you're an account owner of Procore, you will want to make sure to specify which people in your Directory are employees of your company. This way, you will be able to add Timecard Entries for those employees in the Daily Log, Timecard, Timesheets and Crews tools.
You will need 'Admin' permissions on the Directory tool to be able to add some one as an employee of your company.
- Navigate to the Project or Company level Directory tool.
- Click Edit next to the person you want to view.
- Scroll down, and mark the checkbox next to Is an employee of [Your company]?
- Click Save at the bottom.
