No. Procore Sync requires a stable, high-speed internet connection to properly track modifications to folders and files. Changes made to files or folders in the 'Procore' folder while internet connection is unavailable or unstable will not be tracked nor captured when you reconnect to the internet. This data will be lost if not saved again once the internet connection has been reestablished.
