Project changes and adjustments are inevitable as they are a fact of life at all stages of a project's life cycle. Efficiently managing all types of changes, especially those that result in additional scope and cost to a project, is crucial to the success of any construction project.
A Change Event allows you to prepare for a cost change before it becomes an actual cost. Once created, you can request a quote from a subcontractor for the cost of the potential change, and once that quote is received, you can create a change order (Prime or Commitment).
