Procore + Integration by Procore Now Support Prime Contracts & PCCOs
Import a Prime Contract with Procore
Procore is pleased to announce the availability of a new update to the Integration by Procore. This update lets you perform a one-way sync of the data in your project's Prime Contract tool, which means you can now create a prime contract in Integration by Procore and then import it into Procore. After that, your project team can choose between (1) continuing by updating and maintaining your prime contract in Procore, or (2) updating and maintaining your prime contract in Integration by Procore and then re-importing (a.k.a., "syncing") your most recent updates into Procore.
Required Setup for Importing a Prime Contract
- The ERP Integrations tool must be enabled on the company account. See Request to Enable ERP Integrations for the Integration by Procore.
- The ERP Integrations tool must be configured to work with Integration by Procore. See Integration by Procore: Setup Guide.
- The Prime Contract tool must be enabled on the desired project(s). See Add and Remove Tools on a Project.

Export PCCOs
Procore is pleased to announce a new update to the Integration by Procore. . This update now permits users to export Prime Contract Change Orders (PCCOs) created in Procore to Integration by Procore. This feature as available on new Procore projects for customers who have enabled the Company level ERP Integrations tool for Integration by Procore. To learn about this new feature, see Export a PCCO to Integration by Procore. As with other export processes in the Integration by Procore, the export is approved by a designated accounting approver.
