Directory: Create Reference User Granular Permission for Incidents and Timesheets

Added a New Granular Permission in the Directory tool

Procore has added a new granular permission in the Directory category named 'Create Reference Users (Only Applicable if Timesheets or Incidents is Enabled)' to work with the project's Incidents tool.  This works with another granular permission which Procore had previously released 'Update Reference Users (Only Applicable if Timesheets or Incidents is Enabled)' for use with the project's Timesheets tool.

Details

Enabling this setting in a permission template (see Grant Granular Permission in a Permission Template) grants users assigned the template the privilege to create and view 'reference users' in the following fields in multiple Procore project tools:

• New The Incidents tool with the Person Affected field. See Add an Injury Record to an Incident or Add a Near Miss Record to an Incident.
• New The Incidents tool with the Witness Name field. See Add a Witness Statement to an Incident. 
• The Crews tool with the Workers field, See Add a Worker.
