Export an RFI to PDF

Objective

To export an RFI to the PDF file format.

Background

There are two (2) ways to export an RFI to the Portable Document File (PDF) format. If you would prefer to export all of a project's RFIs to the CSV or PDF file format see Export the RFIs List to CSV or PDF.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To export an RFI in the PDF file format: 'Read-Only' level permissions or higher.
  • If the 'Only Show Official Responses to Standard and Read-Only Users' checkbox is enabled in the Configure Settings page (see Configure Settings: RFIs):
    • For users with 'Read-Only' or 'Standard' level permission, the PDF export will include only the official response.
Note: If a user with 'Standard' level permissions is an Assignee or member of the RFI's Distribution List, that user will see all replies and, if specified, the official response.
    • For users with 'Admin' level permission, the PDF export will include all replies and, if specified, the official response.
