The following table highlights which user permissions are required to perform the described user action.
- Denotes an action that is supported in Procore's iOS and/or Android mobile application.
1 'Admin' level users may assign RFIs to a 'Standard' level user, though this is not default.
2 'Standard' level users will create RFIs in "Draft" mode. In addition, 'Standard' level users can only add 'Admin' level users to the Assigned To field on an RFI.
3 'Standard' level users can edit reports that they have created.
4 'Standard' level users can only respond to RFIs on which they are included on the distribution list.
5 Users can only see private RFIs if they are on the distribution list or assigned the RFI.
