Added Two (2) New Granular Permissions for Budget Tool (11/29/2017)
Updated the Company level Directory tool to add two (2) new granular permissions for the Budget tool: Import Budget CSV and Create and Edit Original Budget Amount. See Grant Granular Permissions in a Permission Template.
Added Filter Drop-down To Fullscreen Mode (11/2/2017)
Updated the Budget tool to show the filter drop-down in fullscreen mode.
Added Group By Option In Fullscreen Mode (10/5/2017)

Changed Cost Code Category Name To Cost Type (10/4/2017)
Changed the name of cost code 'Category' so it is now labeled 'Cost Type'.
Updated CSV Export Columns For Budget Tool (6/9/2017)
Updated the CSV Export for the Project level Budget to always include Sub Job, Division, Cost Code and Category columns even if they are marked as invisible for the budget template.
Created Default Budget Templates Upon Company Creation (6/2/2017)
Previously, when a new company was created in Procore, a new budget template was not created along with it. Now, upon company creation, a new Budget default template will be created and assigned to all proper Projects. This means that for ERP clients, two default templates (one for non-ERP and ERP projects) will be created. Please note that if no projects are created for the company, no information will appear on the template until a project is added.

Added a Job to Date Costs Column to the Standard Budget Template (5/10/2017)
Updated the Standard Budget Template for the Configurable Views feature in the Budget tool to add a Job to Date Costs column.
Added Link To Configurable Views On Project Level Budget (5/9/2017)
Updated the Project level Budget tool to add the 'Configure Budgeting Views' link under 'Admin Options' in the right sidebar of the Configurable Views tab. This gives users with 'Admin' permission the ability to quickly access the 'Budgeting Configuration' page in the Company Admin tool.
Increased Performance Of Budget Variance Report (5/9/2017)
We made the load time of the Budget Variance report about 60 times faster. We also added pagination to the report.
Added Link To Configurable Views On Project Level Budget (5/9/2017)
Updated the Project level Budget tool to add the 'Configure Budgeting Views' link under 'Admin Options' in the right sidebar of the Configurable Views tab. This gives users with 'Admin' permission the ability to quickly access the 'Budgeting Configuration' page in the company Admin tool. This change will create a more efficient UX when the client is working on their project level budget but needs to make a quick edit to the budget template.
Added Styling For Negative Budget Line Items In Configurable Views (5/5/2017)
Procore now displays a line item in RED when any calculated column value is negative in a Configurable View for the Budget tool.
Updated Sort Order For Configurable Views In Budget Tool (5/5/2017)
Updated the line item sorting for the Project level Budget tool's Configurable View. The default sort order is as follows: Sub Job, Division, Cost Code, Category. When a grouping has been specified, the default sort order should be rearranged to move the specified grouping(s) to the top of the sort order, then respect the remaining items in the default sort order. Categories are sorted in the order that they appear on company level Admin tool's Contract Configuration page.
Improved Cost Code Filter On Configurable Views in Budget Tool (5/4/2017)
Previously, when the division filter was in use on Configurable Budget, the cost code filter was not scoped to display only cost codes in that division. This has been changed so that the cost code filter will scope according to the selected division.
New Fullscreen Icon and Horizontal Scroll Experience in Configurable Views (4/28/2017)
Updated the table in the Configurable Views tab of the Budget tool to provide a 'sticky' horizontal scroll experience. Also added a Fullscreen icon to the right of the Export button.
Added Default Units For Forecast To Complete Window Of Configurable Budget (4/27/2017)
Added default units for Forecast to Complete window in the Project level Budget tool's Configurable Views feature. Previously, if users cleared out the units in the window, the rest of the data for that line would be cleared out as well. Now, if they clear out the units, the system only resets the default unit selection to each (ea).

For users that have enabled the ERP Integrations tool, updated the Budgeting Configuration page in the company's Admin tool. Users can now select a new 'Procore ERP Budget' Standard View when setting up a new budget view for the project's Budget tool. See Set Up a New Budget View.

Users can now export the Configurable Budget & Forecasting (CBF) table to PDF. Any group and filter settings that have been applied at the time of the imported are retained in the PDF.
