Important
As part of an upcoming release for projects with Bid Management Enhanced Experience, the 'Default Bid Package Accounting Method' and 'Enable Non-Itemized Bidding By Default' settings will be removed from the Configure Settings page for the Bidding tool.
Instead of being restricted to one accounting method for an entire bid package, a new 'Field Response Type' column for bid forms will give you the flexibility to choose an accounting method for each line item. For more information, see Bidding: Flexible Response Types.
