Delete a Company Level Inspection Template

Objective

To delete a company level inspection template.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Inspections tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • If you delete a template at the company level, it will not delete preexisting project level inspections that are already built off of that template. Furthermore, it will no longer appear as an option at the Company level to build off of in the future. Templates will still be available at the Project level.
    • Any Inspections templates that you delete will not be permanently deleted from Procore; they instead will be held in the tab's Recycle Bin.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your the Company level Inspections tool.
  2. Locate the template to modify in the List tab.
  3. Click View.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon, then click Delete.
