Active

Active. Place a checkmark in this box to mark the Trade as active. 

Active Checkbox

Active. Place a checkmark in this box to mark the Custom Submittal Type as active. This allows the type to be available to end users as a selection in the Types drop-down list on the create and edit a submittal page.

Add [+]

Add [+]. Click the button to add the new value to the list. 

Add Department

Add Department. Click this button to add the new department. 

Add Program

Add Program. Click this button to add the new program. 

Add Owner Type

Add Owner Type. Click this button to add the new owner type. 

Add Region

Add Region. Click this button to add the new region.

Add Stage

Add Stage. Click this button to add the new custom stage. 

Add to Project Dashboard

Add to Project Dashboard. Mark this checkbox to add the role to the Project Dashboard (a.k.a., Project Home page).  

Address (Add Office)

Address. Enter the number and street name for the office. 

Attachments (Insurance)

Attachments: Click the Attach File(s) link or use the Drag-and-Drop File(s) area to add the relevant insurance policy, certificates, and any affidavits here. 

Authorization Header

Authorization Header. (Optional) Enter the authorization token that you want to have placed in the header of a POST request coming from Procore. Though this field can be used to define any authorization header information you wish, it is most commonly used to specify authorization credentials using the syntax: , where is the authorization type ('Basic', 'Token', 'Bearer', etc.) and is the token value. For example, a valid entry for this field would be Basic c3a24b8208ac5199d083d54a1234e94b8864.

Bidding Stage?

Bidding Stage? If you would like to allow bidding during the project stage, mark the checkbox in the 'Bidding Stage' column.

Bids

Bids. Creates a download package containing all of the bid information from the project's Bidding tool (see Bidding).

Category (Punch Item Template)

Category. Select the category for which the punch item template will apply. This is only for organizational purposes.

City (Add Office)

City. Enter the city name. 

Code

Code. Enter a numeric code for the new division.

Company Name

Company Name. Enter your organization's company name. For example, Brick Construction, Nelson General Contractors, and so on. This is the company name that will appear on all of the emails, forms, and reports generated by Procore.

Country (Add Office)

Country. Select the country from the drop-down menu.

Create (Submittal Type)

Create. Click this button to add the new item to the list.

Create (Trade Config)

Create. Click this button to add the new trade to the list.

Date

Date. Shows the date and time the merge successfully completed. 

Department Name

Department Name. Enter a name for the new department.

Description (Division)

Description. Enter a text description for the new division.

Display Project Number in Change Project Drop-Down List

Display Project Number in Change Project Drop-Down List. Place a checkmark in this box to display the project number next to the project name in the Select a Project menu in the Procore web application's navigation bar. (Note: The project number is set in the project's Admin tool).

Division Visible on PDF (Add Office)

Division Visible on PDF: The text entered into this field, if populated, will overwrite the company name that is visible on PDFs exported from projects associated with this office. See Assign an Office Location to a Project. If your company categorizes its offices into divisions or branches, you can enter the name for the office here. For example, business divisions can used to signify specific regions (i.e., Northwest, Northeast, Southwest), construction types (i.e., Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial), or even specific subdivisions of a company. Note: The Division Name cannot contain the word 'or').

Effective Date (Insurance)

Effective Date: Enter the effective date as it appears on the certificate.

Employer Identification Number

Employer Identification Number: Enter your company's Employer Identification Number (EIN) (a.k.a., Federal Tax ID).

Enable Avatars

Enable Avatars. Mark the checkbox next to this field to enable the use of personal avatars in the Directory tool. This allows your organization's end users to upload a personal avatar or profile photo to Procore. See Upload Your Avatar or Profile Photo to Procore.
Note: An avatar or profile photo can ONLY be uploaded by the end user and will appear in the user's profile in the Company and Project Directory tool.

Enable Surveys in Procore

Enable Surveys in Procore. Place a checkmark in this box if you want to participate in Procore's user survey program. When selected, Procore periodically sends you a survey to request feedback about your user experience.

Exempt (Insurance)

Exempt. If the company for which you are entering insurance information holds a certificate or affidavit of exemption, mark this checkbox (e.g., Workers' Compensation).

Expiration Date (Insurance)

Expiration Date: Enter the expiration date as it appears on the certificate.

Fax (Add Office)

Fax: Type the main fax number associated with this office.

For New Projects, Show Line Items on Change Order PDFs

For New Projects, Show Line Items on Change Order PDFs. Place a mark in this checkbox, if you want Procore to automatically show line items of PDFs generated by the Change Orders tool (see Create a PDF of a Change Order). Note that for new projects, if the template project has this setting disabled, but the Company setting is enabled, the project template setting will be used for the new project.

Group

Group. Select a group from the drop-down list. You have these options: Construction Managers, Design Team, General Contractors, Miscellaneous, Owner, and Subcontractors. (Note: These groups are default selections in Procore and cannot be customized).

Include Store Number and Designated Market Area

Include Store Number and Designated Market Area. Place a mark in this checkbox, if desired. By default, the checkmark is cleared from this box.

Information Received (Insurance)

Information Received: Mark this checkbox if you received the complete set of paperwork regarding this insurance.

Initials

Initials. The users first and last initial. You can enter up to three (3) initials as desired. Note: The entry in the initials field only affects the avatar in the Directory tool (Beta View), and not the avatar that displays in the top right corner of the Procore web application. 

Insurance Provider

Insurance Provider. Input the insurance carrier's name exactly as it appears on the insurance certificate.

Limit Amount (Insurance)

Limit Amount: Enter the limit amount for the insurance in this box (e.g., If your combined single limit amount is two million dollars, enter 2,000,000). Note: You can enter up to seventeen (17) characters.

Master Company

Primary Company. Denotes the name of the company selected as the primary record. This is the record into which the other selected record was merged. 

Merged By

Merged By. Shows the name of the user who merged the record. 

Merged Companies

Merged Companies. Denotes the name of the company that was merged into the primary company's record.

Name (Project Date)

Name. Enter a descriptive label for the project date. For example, Project Closeout

Name (Project Stage)

Name. Enter a name for your new project stage.

Name (Submittal Type)

Name. Enter a name for the submittal type in the box provided. 

Notification Endpoint

Notification Endpoint. Enter the URL for the endpoint on your web server that will handle the POST requests coming from Procore.

Office Name (Add Office)

*Office Name. Add the title of the office. This is a required field (Note: An office name cannot contain a single ('), double quote ("), or the word 'or'). 

Office Settings

Office Settings. Use the controls in this area to add and edit your organization's settings for its office locations. To add a new office location to your organization's list, click Add Office (for details, see Add an Office Location). To edit an existing office location, click Edit and then update the record as needed. To delete an office, click the RED 'x' in the far right column (Note: An office location can only be deleted when there are no Procore projects associated with it). 

Owner Type

Owner Type. Enter a name for the new owner type.

Phone (Add Office)

Phone. Type the main contact phone number associated with this office.

Policy Number (Insurance)

Policy Number. Type the full policy number exactly as it appears on your certificate.

Portfolio Filter

Portfolio Filter. Mark this checkbox to add the role as a filter option in the company's Portfolio tool. Users of the Portfolio tool will be able to apply the Construction Manager filter when viewing the company's Portfolio data because the role's Portfolio Filter box is marked here. 

Print QR Code for [Location]

Print QR Code for  [Location]. Prints a QR code for the selected location.

Program

Program. Select a program from the list. Your Procore Administrator can create these selections. See Add a Custom Program.

Program Name

Program Name. Enter a name for the new program. It is recommended that you create short, unique names (Note: The names that you enter here will appear in the Programs tool. See Programs). 

Project Type

Project Type. Select a type from the list. Your Procore Administrator can customize these selections. See Add a Custom Project Type.

Q

QR Code for [Location] and one for each of its sublocations

QR Code for [Location] and one for each of its sublocations. Prints a QR code for the selected location and any of its sublocations (e.g. 1st floor, 1st floor > Room 1, 1st floor > Room 2, 1st floor > Men's Bathroom > Stall 2).

Region

Region. Enter a name for the new region (Note: There is no limit to the number of regions that you can create).

Role

Role. Type the desired name for the project role. For example, you might want to create a roles such as 'Project Manager' or 'Assistant Project Manager'.

Save Endpoint

Save Endpoint. Click this button to save the endpoint. If you entered a valid, well-formed address in the Notification Endpoint field, a GREEN banner appears at the top of the page indicating success. If there are any problems with the URL you entered, a warning banner will display describing the likely problem.

Select Previously Uploaded Logo

Select Previously Uploaded Logo. After uploading a company logo (see Upload a Company Logo), click the plus (+) sign to select the most recent logo previously uploaded to Procore. See Revert to a Previously Uploaded Logo

Send Expiration Notification? (Insurance)

Send Expiration Notification?: Mark this checkbox to have automatic notification emails sent to users designated as insurance managers in your Directory and the vendor's Primary Contacts and Invoice Contacts when the insurance is about to expire. See Who receives notification emails when a vendor's insurance expires?

State (Add Office)

State. Select the state from the drop-down menu.

Template (Punch Item Template Name)

Template Name. Enter the name of the punch item template. When a user chooses to add this punch item to a punch list, this defines the item name. 

Time Zone

Time Zone. Select a time zone for your organization from the drop-down list. This setting ensures that the system's date and timestamps are set to the appropriate timezone for your business (e.g., timecard entries, change histories, and so on). It also determines the regional weather forecasts for your location.

Trade

Trade. Enter a name for the new trade in the box provided.

Trade (Punch Item Template)

Trade: Select the trade to apply to the punch item. Trades can be added to this list using the Admin tool. See Add a Custom Trade.

Type

Type. Select Person or Company from the drop-down list. 

Type (Insurance)

Type. Enter the type of insurance coverage (e.g., General Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Builder's Risk, Professional Liability, Pollution Coverage, and so on).

Update

Update. Click this button to save your changes. 

Upload Company Logo

Upload Company Logo. Click Choose File or drag-and-drop a file from your computer that will serve as your organization's logo. Company logos must not exceed 200 x 70 pixels. File size limit: 3.0 MB. The logo that you upload here will appear on most emails, forms, pages, and reports associated with your company's Procore account. See Upload a Company Logo

Upload Office Logo (Add Office)

Upload Office Logo. Click Choose File or drag-and-drop a file from your computer that will serve as the office logo. Office logos must not exceed 200 x 70 pixels. File size limit: 3.0 MB. The logo that you upload here will appear on most emails, forms, pages, and reports associated with the office. See Upload an Office Logo
