Updated 'Add Filter' in Companies Tab of Directory Tools To Reflect Cost Code Configuration (2/14/2018)
Reports
Dashboards Chart Now Show Loading State In Sidebar (2/14/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add a loading state indicator in the sidebar. This allows users to view Dashboards before all charts are loaded.

Added 'Sub Job Code' Column to Custom Timesheet Reports (2/14/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tool to add 'Sub Job Code' to the 'Timesheets - Available Columns' list in custom Timesheet reports. Note: In a timesheet, both the 'Sub Job Name' and 'Sub Job Code' are associated with a timesheet when the person creating or editing the timesheet specifies a 'Sub Job'. See Create a Timesheet

New 'Substantial Completion Dates' for Custom Prime Contract Report (2/13/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add the 'Original Substantial Completion Date' and 'Revised Substantial Completion Date' to the 'Prime Contract - Available Columns' list when creating a custom report for the Prime Contract tool. This adds the columns to your report and also as a selection in the published report's Add Filter drop-down list. Columns are only available when (1) The field is enabled under 'Contract Dates' area on the Project Level Prime Contract tool's Configure Settings page AND (2) the dates are accurate. 

Added 'Contract Dates' To 'Commitments: Available Columns' In Custom Reports (2/12/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add the following items to the 'Commitments-Available Columns' list when creating a custom report for the Commitments tool:  Approval Letter Date, Contract Date, Issued On Date, Execution Date, Letter of Intent Date, and Returned Date. This adds each field to the list of filters in the published report's Add Filter drop-down list. Columns are only available when (1) The field is enabled under 'Contract Dates' area on the Project Level Commitment tool's Configure Settings page AND (2) the dates are accurate. Drawings
Added New Banner To Alert User About Maximum Number of Drawing Downloads With Smart Markup (2/14/2018) 

The Project level Drawings tool permits you to download a maximum of 1000 drawings with smart markup. If your download attempt exceeds this limit, a banner appears to alert you of this limit. 

RFIs
Export PDFs Now Use a File Naming Convention (2/13/2018)

Updated the Project level RFIs tool so that now, when the system downloads a PDF file using the Export > All Responses or Export > Official Responses Only menu options, Procore now allows users to download a file that can be more easily identified. The PDF file name now starts with the following file naming convention: <Project Name>-<RFI Number>-<RFI Title>.

Removed the 'View PDF' Link from 'Response to RFI' Email (2/12/2018) 

Updated the body of the 'Response to RFI' email notification that is sent by Procore when one of the 'Assigned To' people on an RFI submits a reply (see Reply to an RFI). Prior to this update, the 'View PDF' link was located next to the 'More Details' label towards the top of the email message. The 'View PDF' link has been removed.

Prime Contract
New 'Substantial Completion Dates' for Custom Prime Contract Report

Inspections
New Inspection Response Options (2/15/2018)

When creating an inspection template, you now have the option to configure the inspection responses to “Safe” / “At-Risk”. This option is available in addition to the response set “Pass / Fail” and allows you to reflect the language of a safety inspection. See Inspections: New Inspection Response Options.

Timesheets
Added Additional Field Checkboxes To The Timesheets Tool's Configure Settings Page (2/15/2018)

Updated the Configure Settings page in the Project level Timesheets tool to add an option for users with 'Admin' level permission to the following checkboxes under the 'Enable Additional Fields On All Timecards' area: Sub Job, Location, Time Type, and Billable. See Timesheets: Added Additional Field Checkboxes to Configure Settings Page.

Deployed Minor Cosmetic Updates on Timesheets Tool (2/13/2018)

Updated the user interface for the Timesheets tool to add the 'Select <Field Name>' text to the label that appears on all drop-down lists. This clarifies the purpose of the field fro end users. Also added the asterisk (*) symbol to better highlight which fields require data entry. 

Deployed Minor Cosmetic Updates for the Create Timesheets Page (2/5/2018)

Updated the user interface on the Project level Timesheets tool's Create Timesheets page. This including minor cosmetic updates to the Search bar in the Employee drop-down list. Also applied changes to improve visibility of the Employee Name and Initials on each timesheet.

Updated Tooltip on 'Ready to Export' Page of Jobs Tab in ERP Integrations (2/12/2018)

Updated the 'Template' drop-down list on the 'Read to Export' page of the Jobs tab in the ERP Integrations tool so the tooltip now reads: "Select an existing Spectrum Job to supply the Division, Taxable Flag, Price Type, Customer, Cost Centers (if activated), and Customer fields for this export."

DocuSign
Added the 'Signature' and 'Date Signed' Fields to DocuSign Envelope (2/16/2018)

Updated the Commitments tool (Requisitions) and the Prime Contract tool (Payment Applications) to add the automatically placed "Signature" and "Date Signed" fields (tags) to the DocuSign Envelope.

Status Changes to 'Approved' After Completed DocuSign Signature (2/14/2018)

Implemented a change on the Project level Commitments tool (for work order and purchase order contracts) and also on the Project level Prime Contract tool so that now the items status changes to 'Approved' after e-signatures are completed in DocuSign.

Invoice Contact Now Populates DocuSign Envelopes for Requisitions (2/14/2018)

Implemented a change so that each 'Invoice Contact' on a commitment will automatically populate on the DocuSign envelope as a 'Subcontractor' recipient for requisitions.

ERP Integrations
Updated ERP Status Banners (2/17/2018)

Updated the color scheme of the ERP Integration tool's status banners. See ERP Integrations: Updated Color Scheme for ERP Icons.

Updated ERP Integrations Tool's Sync For Prime Contract Amount (2/12/2018)

Updated the Prime Contract Amount on the 'Ready to Import' page of the ERP Integrations tool. The system now syncs new Prime Contract Amount data (if available) from the integrated ERP system on each scheduled sync and each on-demand sync for the ERP-integrated project.
