Feature

This feature will allow a bid administrator to download all the bid sheets and attachments with a single click. All bid sheets will download as a single PDF document, along with the bid package details and bid list. All attachments will be organized within separate files in a ZIP file.

Why is this important?

This is a huge time saver release for bid administrators. It will allow bid administrators to quickly access all bid sheets immediately instead of clicking into each bid sheet one at a time.

Details

If you have your bid package set to "Blind Bidding," then you must wait until the bidding due date has passed in order to email yourself the bidding package.
