To help streamline the setup process, it's recommended that your internal company administrator who is responsible for setting up your new Procore account follow the instructions outlined below. (Note: Procore Administrators must have 'Admin' permissions at both the Company and Project levels.)
All "Required" steps must be completed prior to the next call with your Procore point of contact. And if you're interested in accelerating the setup process, you can also complete any of the "Recommended" tasks before any subsequent on-boarding calls.
Welcome to Procore! The following instructions are for the person(s) at your company that will serve as your company's Procore administrator (i.e. the person responsible for setting up and configuring your Procore account.

The following table highlights which user permissions are typically granted to a Project Administrator.
A user's permissions for a specific tool are granted on a per project basis. Project Administrators are responsible for managing the permissions of each user within your company. Non-admin users will need to contact Project Administrators to request changes to their current permissions.
