Integration by Procore: Add a Viewpoint® Spectrum® Vendor to the Company Directory
Objective
To take a new vendor record in Viewpoint® Spectrum® and add it as a new company record in Procore's Company Directory using the Integration by Procore.
Background
If you create vendor records in Viewpoint® Spectrum®, the Integration by Procore provides you with the ability to use that record to create a corresponding company record into Procore's Directory tool. It also creates a permanent link between the two records, so you then future updates entered in Viewpoint® Spectrum® to its match in Procore.
IMPORTANT! Always check your company's Directory tool to ensure a matching record doesn't already exist before using the steps below.

Steps
- Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool
- Click the Vendors tab.
- Under Filters, click Ready to Import.
- Review the 'Vendors Only in Viewpoint® Spectrum®' list.
- For each listed vendor, check to see if there is a matching company record in Procore's Company Directory. Then choose from these options:
- If a match exists, follow the steps in Integration by Procore: Link a Viewpoint® Spectrum® Vendor to a Procore Company
OR - If no match exists, click the Add to Procore button (Note: This uses the vendor data from Spectrum to create a matching record in your Company Directory. A link is automatically established between the Spectrum vendor and the Procore company).

Repeat the previous step for every vendor in the list.
