To add a Sage vendor as a new company in your Procore account's Company level Directory.
If you cannot link a Sage vendor to an existing company in your Procore directory, but you plan to use that Sage vendor in future construction jobs managed in Procore, you can create a new company entry for that vendor in your Procore account's Company level directory.

Important! Before you add a new Sage vendor into Procore, you should first try and find an existing match in your Procore account's Company level Directory. Otherwise, you might end up with duplicate or unlinked vendor/company entries. See Link a Sage Vendor to a Procore Company.
Under the ERP Integrations tab, click the Vendors subtab.
Click the "Unsynced Sage 300 CRE Vendors" filter option.
If you were unable to find a logical match with an existing company in your Procore account's Company level directory, click the Add to Procore button to create a new company profile in Procore with the company's information in Sage (e.g. address, city, state, phone number, etc.)
A link will automatically be established between the Sage vendor defined in Sage 300 and the company defined in Procore.
Repeat the steps above, as necessary.
