Why am I unable to send RFQs from the Bulk Action drop-down menu?

If you are attempting to send RFQs from the Bulk Action drop-down menu, but are not allowed to select the Send RFQs option, please note that the following three things must be true for a user to be listed as an available RFQ recipient.

  1. The user must have 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Commitments tool.
  2. The user must have access to that particular commitment by being selected from the 'Private' drop-down in the commitment's General subtab. 
  3. The user must be associated with the subcontracting company that is tied to the subcontract. In other words, they must be added to that company in the project's Directory.
