Some of Procore's daily tasks, such as sending overdue reminder emails, are processed by the system during low usage hours between the hours of 12am and 5am PST. Sending these emails in bulk at this time ensures that your team is notified of actions requiring their attention at the start of each business day while also not slowing down the application when most users are working in Procore.
