Which Procore fields correspond to fields in DocuSign©?

Answer

There are a few fields in Procore that correspond to fields in DocuSign© and vice versa. Please read the table below to understand which fields are connected.

Subcontractor role(s) in DocuSign© with their name and email when an invoice is sent in DocuSign©. There is 1 Subcontractor role created for each Invoice Contact

The Contract Signer field in the Company Directory. See View Company Details in the Company Level Directory Tool.

  1. In the Subcontractor role in DocuSign© with their name and email when a Commitment or Commitment Change Order is sent to DocuSign©.

  2. In the Owner role in DocuSign© with their name and email when a Prime Contract, PCCO, or Prime PCO is sent to DocuSign©.

Signed Date field in a Prime Contract, Commitment, or Change Order is populated once the item has completed the DocuSign© process.

The following signed dates in Procore are automatically populated:

  • Subcontract: Signed Contract Received Date
  • Purchase Order: Signed Purchase Order Received Date
  • Prime Contract: Signed Contract Received Date
  • Change Orders: Signed Change Order Received Date
Once a Prime Contract, Commitment, or Change Order has completed the DocuSign© signature process, the Signed Date field is auto-populated in Procore. 
The Status field in a Prime Contract, Commitment, or Change Order (PCCO, CCO, PCO) is updated to approved when the item has completed the DocuSign© process.

When a Prime Contract, Commitment, or Change Order (PCCO, CCO, or PCO), has completed the DocuSign© process, the status is updated to 'Approved' in Procore. 
 
The Executed Checkbox is updated to show a mark for the Prime Contract, Commitment, or Change Order once the DocuSign© signature process is completed.
