I thought I added a user, but now I can't find that person. What happened?

Make sure the missing user is listed as 'Active'.

To check for the person's status, click Directory at the project level. In the right pane, under "Views," click Inactive People and Companies. If the user you are looking for is listed in this filter, click the Reactivate User link next to their name.
