You can only integrate a single Box user account with Procore at a time. Therefore, if you need to integrate a different Box user account with Procore (than what's currently integrated), so that you can attach files from another Box account, you will need to change your existing Box account configuration.
Follow the instructions below to change your Box account configuration.
- Go to the dropdown menu in the top-right corner and select My Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Find the "Box Integration" section and click the link to update your settings.
- Log in using the new set of Box user credentials and click Authorize.
- Grant Procore access to your Box account. Click the Grant access to Box button.
- Close the authorization confirmation message.
